I'm Amy Samantha and this is my corner of the internet to share yoga, mindfulness and stress-easing practices! 

I first started practicing yoga while studying at university, going on to qualify as a yoga teacher in 2018. Since then, I've become very interested in how yoga and mindfulness can help to heal the body's response to stress. 

My classes typically included gentle movement, with some calming breathwork and mindfulness practice. The flows and classes I share are ones that I have found particularly helpful for easing stress and anxious feelings.
