I'm Amy Samantha


Welcome to my website - my name is Amy Samantha and I'm so grateful that you're here. 


I'm a fully qualified yoga teacher (with a 500hr certificate + yin, restorative and pregnancy yoga qualifications), and am particularly interested in how we can utilise the teachings of yoga to help calm and restore the nervous system.

Yoga is an ancient practice that originates from South East Asia, with its teachings now widespread throughout the world. It is a practice that I have found particularly helpful for healing in times of stress and grief, as well as in helping to navigate the highs and lows of everyday life.
